Certain foods have powerhouse ingredients that keep skin supple and smooth and help fight age-related damage. You can esily find it at the supermarket and you can easily prepare it by yourself. Wondering what to eat and what to smooth on?

Strawberry Smoothie Mask Recipe
Ingredients :
1 cup frozen straberries or other berries
1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
1 1⁄2 sp

Preparation :
  • Stir together blended berries and all other ingredients with your blender.
  • Place it in a 8-ounce glass.
  • Enjoy smoothie, setting aside enough to coat your face.
Smooth It On :
Apply remaining smoothie to your face over a sink, and leave it on for about 8 minutes before rinsing off.

Pumpkin’s orange hue contains carotenoids. 2 cups canned pumpkin
4 sp low-fat vanilla yogurt
4 sp honey
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Preparation :

  3. For oral comsumption you can make a sweeter pudding by adding these ingredients.

Olive Oil
You can use olive oil in oral consumption ot external use. It has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties and also soften your skin. When used topically, olive oil results in smoother, more radiant skin. Inflammation is not just linked to disease it’s a major cause of wrinkling and sagging in the skin. In addition to working olive oil into your daily diet, apply as a lip gloss and skin soother. This oil is very good for you who had dry skin.

Olive Oil Quencher
Dab a pea-size amount of extra-virgin olive oil on lips to hydrate a parched pucker; or use it on rough patches, as needed.

Oral Consumption
At dinner, drizzle a few tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil into a small bowl, and dip whole-grain bread in it to improve your skin from the inside out.
