Certain foods have powerhouse ingredients that keep skin supple and smooth and help fight age-related damage. You can esily find it at the supermarket and you can easily prepare it by yourself. Wondering what to eat and what to smooth on?

Strawberries
This data has been established : Strawberries have more antiaging vitamin C per serving than grapefruit or oranges. And all other berries provide high vitamin C too. What you can get from vitamin C? People who cunsime foods rich in vitamin C have fewer wrinkles and less age-related dry skin than those who don’t. Vitamin C helps fight free radicals, which damage cells and break down collagen, leading to those dreaded fine lines. For smoother, better-hydrated skin, apply a natural-berry mask like the one below once or twice a week, and eat C-rich foods daily.

Strawberry Smoothie Mask Recipe
Ingredients :
1 cup frozen straberries or other berries
1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
1 1⁄2 sp

Preparation :
  • Stir together blended berries and all other ingredients with your blender.
  • Place it in a 8-ounce glass.
  • Enjoy smoothie, setting aside enough to coat your face.
Smooth It On :
Apply remaining smoothie to your face over a sink, and leave it on for about 8 minutes before rinsing off.

Pumpkin
Pumpkin’s orange hue contains carotenoids. Carotenoids was well known as wrinkle-fighting plant pigments that help neutralize free radicals in the skin and keeping them from damaging the cells that fast-forward aging. Pumpkin is filled with vitamins C, E, and A. It has hydrating properties. Although the seeds make a great fiber-filled snack, you get the skin-saving antioxidants from the pulp. You can use it by eat and apply the facial once a week.

Pumpkin Pudding Facial Recipe
This recipe is very good for for you to hydrating and softening skin.

Ingredients :
2 cups canned pumpkin
4 sp low-fat vanilla yogurt
4 sp honey
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Preparation :
  1. Put all those ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Coat face and then leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse.
  3. For oral comsumption you can make a sweeter pudding by adding these ingredients.
  4. to the recipe above : 2 sp less-fat cream cheese and 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Olive Oil
You can use olive oil in oral consumption ot external use. It has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties and also soften your skin. When used topically, olive oil results in smoother, more radiant skin. Inflammation is not just linked to disease it’s a major cause of wrinkling and sagging in the skin. In addition to working olive oil into your daily diet, apply as a lip gloss and skin soother. This oil is very good for you who had dry skin.

Olive Oil Quencher
Dab a pea-size amount of extra-virgin olive oil on lips to hydrate a parched pucker; or use it on rough patches, as needed.

Oral Consumption
At dinner, drizzle a few tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil into a small bowl, and dip whole-grain bread in it to improve your skin from the inside out.

Green Tea
Green tea is filled with inflammation-fighting antioxidants. Drinking green tea may reduce your risk of skin cancer and when you add a generous squeeze of citrus juice like lemon, lime, or orange, the tea’s antioxidants get a boost of staying power, so they remain in and benefit the body longer, rather than being digested quickly and having much of the goodness go down the drain.
