Pregnancy is a gift and usually a woman will look more beautiful if you are pregnant. But ,Does the skin of pregnant women also look pretty? Hmmm, not sure about that... What about the skin around the stomach which swell or the skin around the thighs are bigger? Sure, the area is often covered by clothing is worn, so it can’t be seen.

The appearance of stretch marks that interfere can be prevented from the outset. You can do it yourself at home from now on, especially during early pregnancy.

1. Use olive oil.
Since ancient times olive oil has been renowned for the beauty benefits. The color is clear and sparkling rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D, E, K, and iron. Spread on the stomach and body parts prone to stretching during pregnancy.



2. Sandalwood Oil
Besides the fragrance, sandalwood oil serves to provide nutrients to the skin, blood circulation, keep the skin moisture, and relaxes the skin. Apply to the skin twice a day in the morning and evening to avoid skin dryness. You also can use cocoa butter, shea butter, wheat germ oil, almonds and lanolin.


3. Exercise regularly
Perform regular mild exercise, like walking or swimming during pregnancy. This will strengthen your abdominal muscles and blood circulation in the stomach, thus making the collagen fibers.

4. Wear Clothes That Easily Absorbs sweat, from cotton and T-shirts and loose enough to anticipate that dried out too much. This causes the skin to be itchy and trigger you to scratch it.

5. Improve Skin Elasticity
Inadequate needs vitamins, minerals (vegetables, fruits), drink and do the treatment with a moisturizer (preferably natural like olive oil). Drink plenty of fluids especially water. This is in aid of the elasticity of the skin. Avoid consuming too much caffeine, especially if you are pregnant.

6. Spread cream anti stretch marks since the beginning of pregnancy
Use a cream containing vitamin E, almond oil or material substance which can maintain collagen. Use routinely a part that often have stretches like stomach, breast, buttocks, thighs and arms. However, before using it, check first with your doctor or try a little first. If it does not cause alarming reactions you can continue to wear them. However, application of creams are safer if done after child birth.

7. Adding vitamin E oil into the water bath. A few spoon full can do wonders on the skin. after the bath will feel smoother and more humid.

8. Use a gentle scrub once a week to help peeling old skin and helps the growth of new skin.

9. Maintain ideal body weight and normal. Remember that rapid weight gain was the cause of stretch marks.

10. Do not scratch your belly while pregnant, because it will trigger the emergence of new strokes stomach
